Course Overview:

For students wishing to study for a sports massage qualification rather than the full Diploma in Sports Therapy, we offer our Diploma in Sports Massage. This course is suitable for entry level students and for practising holistic therapists who would like to extend their skill set. For entry level students there are no pre-requisite requirements.

The format for the Diploma in Sports Massage is flexible and consists of home study, intensive practical workshops and client case studies all of which are supported on a personal basis and in a professional manner by our experienced tutors. Written, oral and practical assessments are carried out on an ongoing basis during the course.

Course Structure:

The course is part time and the programme is of 6 - 8 months duration; although this may be shortened depending on the time you have available to study. The Diploma in Sports Massage comprises of Part One of our full Sports Therapy course.

This includes all home study materials and resources, practical workshops, field visit, tutor support, assessments and case study reviews.

Also included in the course fee is student membership of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). This membership will provide you with numerous benefits including insurance cover for client case studies. Further details are available on request.

Course Recognition:

Successful graduation from the course enables students to become fully insured members of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
