Personal Training
Our qualified personal trainers are there to help you achieve your personal fitness goals, whether that is to be able to walk up the stairs without getting out of breath, recover from an injury, or to run a marathon.
We offer a friendly approach to our fitness programmes, working with you and being there every step of the way to make sure you achieve your goals.
For those of you looking for a more intense workout, our trainers are also qualified in athletic coaching, military PTI training, body building and martial arts conditioning.
Sports Specific Training
If you play a particular sport and are looking for the edge, then our instructors can work with you to provide a unique blend of conditioning regimes and specific exercises to complement your regular training and coaching.
Martial Arts and Self Defence
We can help you use the techniques of various martial arts including judo, boxing, wing chun, muay thai, ju jutsi and karate - either to improve technique, for self-defence or as a great way of keeping fit. Just ask our personal trainers for a workout or for further explanation.
Health and fitness screening
We can provide a thorough examination of either individual screenings or a full programme consisting of:
- Body composition analysis
- Lung capacity
- Blood pressure
- ECG
- Pulse rate
- Weight
- Flexibility tests
- Mobility tests
- Strength tests
- Blood & urine analysis
This can be done before starting a new exercise programme to see what improvements can be made, or as a general health and fitness precaution. We also offer nutritional and sports psychology advice.
