The Barnes School of Sports Therapy is a specialist training centre that delivers high quality vocational courses for professional careers in the sports and fitness industry.

Our primary focus is on the training and the development of Sports Therapists, however, we have more recently expanded our portfolio of courses to include fitness instruction and first aid training.

We offer a range of courses that are suitable for everyone, from people who are looking to gain an entry level qualification, to trained professionals who are looking to expand their skill base.

Our students are given the opportunity to learn their practical skills within a professional working environment, utilising the modern facilities and equipment of our Sports Clinic, a highly successful private practice that has built an outstanding reputation over its twenty five year existence.

Using their experience and expertise our tutors work closely with students to ensure that they graduate from our courses with the confidence to use their newly learnt skills and knowledge successfully in professional practice.

Graduates from our training programmes have found employment or set up in business in a wide number of areas such as sports clubs, gyms, complementary therapy centres, private health and fitness clubs, local authority sports centres and private practice.
